Initial casting for Figaro: An Original Musical which has been announced. The production receives its world premiere at the London Palladium with two fully-staged concert performances on 3 and 4 February 2024.
The Olivier Award-nominated Aimie Atkinson, who originated the role of Katherine Howard in Six: The Musical, is set to play Lucia in the production.
Also announced is Cayleigh Capaldi who makes her West End debut as Sienna. Capaldi is currently a member of the cast of Off-Broadway hit, Titanique, playing the role of Rose.
Sophia Goodman and Maggie Solimine complete the initial casting with further announcements to come.
The production, which features musical director Caitlin Morgan, tells the story of Sienna, a young woman who dreams of singing but feels imprisoned by her life on her father’s farm. Through a chance encounter, she meets the handsome Figaro, who promises to make all her dreams come true.
