Full casting details have been announced for the European première of Dan McCabe’s The Purists, playing at Kiln Theatre from 14 November.
Tiffany Gray, Emma Kingston, Richard Pepple and Sule Rimi are all set to feature under the direction of Amit Sharma, Artistic Director of Kiln Theatre.
Speaking about the announcement, Sharma said, “This wonderful cast captures the heart and humour of The Purists that will truly electrify the stage, bringing Dan McCabe’s sharp and vibrant dialogue to life.”
McCabe’s comedy follows three unlikely friends — a former rapper, a DJ, and a showtunes-loving telesales director—who bond over their love of music before a rap battle with two young women forces them to confront their views on race, sexuality, and music.
